What if it’s not right?

We at Jayne Gillan Designs want you to enjoy our products and our aim is to have satisfied customers.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if an issue arises, we can provide you with a voucher for use within our shop, or exchange on merchandise of equal value, either being subject to the item being returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.  

Refunds can only be issued within 24 hours of online purchase ( or if item has not been posted out) as part of our 'cooling off' terms. 

Returns are straightforward. Just mail the item(s) back to us together with your receipt to:
Jayne GIllan Designs, Edenbrook, Derrymore East, Tralee, Co. Kerry Ireland
NB: The cost of shipping a return must be prepaid at the point of return. Jayne GIllan Designs are not responsible for customer returns that are not received. We strongly advise you to use a traceable delivery system. Please include a return address on your packaging.

The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.

MISCELLANEOUS

Jayne GIllan shall not be liable for any non-performance or delay in performance caused by any act beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts or omissions of third parties, unavailability of supplies, equipment failure, war, strikes, lock-outs, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law, regulation, ordinance, or other act or order of any court, government, or governmental agency, or delays, unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.

GENERAL
Any disputes, claims or proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the jaynegillan.com web site shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the purpose of any proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the jaynegillan.com web site. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Jayne Gillan may seek provisional or protective relief in the courts of another State prior to, during or after any substantive proceedings have been instituted in Ireland and Jayne GIllan may bring enforcement proceedings in another state on foot of an Irish judgement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term
